It is an exclusive tasting menu of top quality cheeses, from starters to desserts, all paired with JOVANI Cavas and Wines to highlight the subtle notes of the cheeses.
Start with a cold starter, followed by a hot dish. The main course is a board of four cheeses of different textures and intensities. It ends with one of the most acclaimed and exquisite desserts of recent times, a very creamy cheesecake made by us.
Each step is accompanied by a careful selection of Jovani Cavas and Wines that enhance the culinary experience.
