GOOD COOKIES SINCE 1920
The small El Rosal workshop was founded in 1920 by Josep
Serra a Tàrrega. In 2003, the family proposed to the Alba Association
continue with the business and relaunch the brand from a new
workshop that employs people with disabilities.
Our products keep the artisan tradition alive.
pure We follow a slow and meticulous process, we work with the
same proportions as the 1920 formula, but we have
improved the quality of its ingredients.

INNOCATION AND SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
El Rosal is a social entrepreneurship project, a workspace
inclusive that provides employment for people with disabilities or at risk
of exclusion. The project is part of Grupo Alba, an entity of
reference in Urgell and Segarra
